You’ll find links to all of our sessions on this page. For events, see immediately below. For regular Wednesday sessions, skip to the bottom. Note that to attend any event or session, you must be a member of WAKEimperial. The exception to this is the freshers’ party which is open to everyone.

Unfortunately, it is not economical to use the minibus if numbers are too low and as such, we have a cancellation policy in place. If numbers are insufficient 24 hours in advance of the event, we will travel by train instead of minibus. You will be refunded the minibus transport cost (£6).

In all cases (unless otherwise specified), meet at the union at 12:00pm for a 12:15pm departure.

Terms & Conditions

If for any reason you are unable to attend a session for which you have bought a ticket, please give at least 48 hours notice else we will not be able to offer a refund. In extenuating circumstances, refunds will be offered at the President’s discretion.
